Graduate Nurse; LPN or RN Secured Graduation

Graduate Nurses (LPN or RN) will:

• Transition into alicensed nursing role upon successful completion of their program and passing the NCLEX.
• Participate in astructured orientation program.
• Work alongside experienced nursing professionals and clinical leaders.
• Provide high-quality,resident-centered care in a skilled nursing and assisted living setting.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders (upon licensure).
• Supervise and collaborate with nursing assistants and interdisciplinary team members.
