We are seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Stylists) to join Store 1610-Supercenter Square-maurices-New Ulm, MN 56073.

• Guide the Customer through our BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections
• Be customer-obsessed, lead with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise on style and fit
• Cash Wrap/Cashier responsibilities: use store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets) to stay informed on priorities and promotions; deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience; promote loyalty programs and credit services
• Maintain visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
• Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support shipment process; stay aware of new products and stock status; contribute to omni order fulfilment including in-store and curbside pick-up

• At least 16 years of age
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal- or achievement-oriented mindset
• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment; manage competing priorities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
