Join RVI, Inc. as an Inside Sales Representative and become the interface between RVI clients, Account Executives, and Operations to ensure sales orders are entered, processed, and invoiced correctly to meet customer delivery and expectations.

Salary in accordance with applicable experience, ranging from $54,000 to $64,000 per year.

• Act as main contact for general RMA (Return Materials Authorization) email and respond/distribute accordingly
• Communicate with client when they have a request for orders and lead times by telephone or email
• Send out RMA information to clients per inquiries
• Create all Sales Orders in Global Shop
• Create New Customers in Global Shop
• Create New Part Numbers in Global Shop
• Communicate with Account Executives and clients to ensure orders are received and entered with all necessary information
• Interface with Production Planning to ensure requested delivery dates can be met
