Staff Accountant

- Perform monthly bank and general ledger reconciliations
- Prepare journal entries and assist with month‑end close
- Support quarterly and annual tax filings and audits
- Conduct expense variance analysis and assist with budgeting
- Collaborate with branch offices and cross‑functional teams on ad hoc projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 3+ years of general accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills (SUMIFs, pivot tables, index/match, data conversions)
- Excellent attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
