General Duties- Process the Accounts Receivable function, including monitoring AR aging, following up on collections, and reconciling account status.
- Maintain company general ledger and manage the month-end close.
- Monitor multiple bank and credit card accounts and reconcile bank statement monthly.
- Collaborate with outside CPA and assist annual audit, 1099 and tax preparations.
- Perform other Accounting/Finance/Admin/HR duties or projects as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Speaking and writing proficiency in English and Korean
- Proficiency in accounting software (Quick Books, SAP, Microsoft Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of GAAP
