POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for accounting, administration and governance work in department
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES- Work on daily accounting, administration, and governance issues. Maintain and keep a clean balance sheet
- Create monthly/quarterly/semi-annual reports (Financial results, Commodity Position, Aged TAR, Derivative MTM, Slow-Moving Inventory, Review Meeting etc.)
- Manages internal/external audit engagement project, navigate and collaborate with unit team members to ensure an effective outcome is met
- Perform the back office role of commodity derivative transactions with LME brokers
- Support the Logistics/Sales staff under Administrative & Accounting Dept. to ensure an effective outcome and high level results are met for the BU as a whole
- Manage and process certain payments/receipts
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or business related field, or equivalent experience
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE CAPABILITY REQUIREMENTS- Three years accounting experience
- Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work in a multi-cultural business environment
- Requires excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- SAP experience preferred
