About The Company
Our client is a boutique public accounting firm with clients in real estate and construction industries.
Responsibilities- Manage the preparation and review of federal, state, and local income tax returns for multiple entities, including partnerships, LLCs, and corporations.
- Oversee property-level tax matters including sales and use taxes, payroll taxes, and real estate taxes.
- Lead tax planning strategies to optimize after-tax returns across development, investment, and construction activities.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and assess potential impact on the company’s real estate and construction operations.
- Maintain compliance with all tax reporting requirements and deadlines.
- Support financial reporting by providing accurate tax provisions, deferred tax calculations, and forecasts.
- Manage and mentor junior accounting staff involved in tax-related work.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6-8 years of related experience.
- Real estate experience a plus.
- CPA or EA preferred.
$130,000-$170,000
