Position Overview - Accounts Payable Specialist:
Join our client's tax and management team as a 3-4-month temporary Accounts Payable Specialist at a global alternative investment firm.

Compensation: $35.00 - $40.00 / HR
Location: New York City - Hybrid schedule

Responsibilities as the Accounts Payable Specialist include:

• Managing invoice approval and payment process
• Reconciling invoices, payments, employee expenses
• Preparing accounting entries and allocations
• Maintaining vendor and employee payment information
• Identifying and improving accounting procedures
• Providing ad hoc accounting and administrative support

Requirements for the Accounts Payable Specialist include:

• 3+ years accounts payable/bookkeeping experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong Excel skills and Concur experience
• Sharp critical thinking and problem solving abilities
• Reliability managing confidential data
• Bachelor's degree in related field
