Duties Include:
* Perform Month End Closing and Analysis and generate monthly profitability reports
* Prepare day to day accounting records for the owners
* Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
* Prepare year end data and journal entries for tax compliance
* Serve as lead contact for both CPA firm and Union audit engagements
* Prepare job costing reports (WIP) for jobs
* Responsible for processing payroll weekly (Union & Non Union)
* Review and verify Year End 1099's
* Supervising 1 staff member
* 8+ years of Accounting Controllership experience within the Construction/Engineering industry required
* Required to work 5 days onsite per week
