Ideal candidate must be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data, import documents, U.S. Customs, freight forwarders, logistics, warehouse, etc… This individual will be responsible for overseeing the front desk, accounts receivable / chargebacks / collections, accounts payable, data entry, ACH payments, inventory control, and a variety of related office duties. Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, very organized and detail oriented.
Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite i.e.:
Outlook, Excel, Quick Books a plus - Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
We are looking for a long-term team player that is meticulous, a quick learner, can multitask and stay organized in fast moving environment.
