Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Assistant to provide administrative and operational support. This role involves assisting with sales processes, client communication, and general business management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with sales support tasks, including lead tracking, follow-ups, and CRM management.
- Prepare and organize sales documents, proposals, and reports.
- Communicate with clients, addressing inquiries and coordinating meetings.
- Assist with scheduling, email correspondence, and general administrative duties.
- Help coordinate trade shows, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze data and assist in sales reporting.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in sales support, administration, or business operations is a plus.
