Adecco Creative and Marketing is partnering with a growing stationery and lifestyle brand known for its high-quality products and creative collaborations. They are seeking a Licensing Coordinator to support the team in managing licensing initiatives, assisting with product development, marketing approvals, meeting coordination, and sample management.
Location:
Brooklyn, NYC – Hybrid, 4 days in office per week
$50,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities- Track and document approvals for licensing projects.
- Maintain calendars and schedules for product and marketing initiatives.
- Support research and coordination with external partners.
- Assist with meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and notes.
- Help manage sample requests and organize materials for internal and external use.
- Maintain brand guidelines and assist with documentation as needed.
- 1–2+ years of relevant experience in licensing, marketing, project coordination, or related fields.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
