Company Overview: We are a boutique real estate investment firm managing a discretionary fund. The firm recently closed a fund of several hundred million dollars to invest across both debt and equity opportunities in real estate. Our 15-person team operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on sourcing and executing high-quality investments.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to three principals. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for three principals
- Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials
- Serve as a liaison between principals and internal/external contacts
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters
- Assist with office operations and coordination as needed in a small, tight-knit team
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting senior executives
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
