NF Litigation Processor

Location: New York, NY
Responsibilities- Document processing of arbitration awards and litigation invoices from vendors and business partners for payments.
- Document processing of files and review and processing of emails from AAA and examiners.
- Set timely tasks, obtain and organize defense documents, document the file, complete fee schedule reviews and referrals, follow up and obtain documents from internal and external partners uploading documents for submission to AAA process and request addendums where needed.
- Follow up and diary to obtain documents associated with the defense including fee schedule reviews, proofs of mailing and medicals as well as citations to medical literature.
- Complete certain fee schedule reviews, upload documents to the AAA.
- Proficient in Windows-based applications.
- Proficient in metadata repricing reviews.
- Evolving knowledge in No Fault Regulation 68 and imaged file organization.
