Executive Administrative Assistant-Concur Experience
Location: One Bryant Park, New York, NY 10036
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $37.03/hr – $40.74/hr (W2)
On-Site: 5 Days per Week

Job Description:
The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide diverse and confidential administrative support to senior management, including extensive calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with executives and management to gather and convey relevant information.
  • Manage phone lines, take accurate messages, and handle calls with discretion and judgment.
  • Proactively manage multiple executive calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, process expense reports, and manage meeting logistics.
  • Coordinate in-person meetings, events, and off-sites with professionalism and precision.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and maintain organized records.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency with Concur, American Express Travel, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point .
    • Familiarity with GEP SMART and other corporate systems is a plus.
  • Professional Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Proven problem-solving ability and time management skills.
    • Professional, polished demeanor and client-focused approach.
