This EA will work in close collaboration with the executive's Chief of Staff to ensure the efficient operation of the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional judgment, executive presence, and the ability to manage complex logistics with elegance and efficiency. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting executive leadership through effective calendar management, travel coordination (including T&E processes), and technology logistics;
maintaining strong strategic partnerships; facilitating prioritization and decision-making; managing executive communications; and executing all tasks with precision and discretion. This position is based in New York, NY, and is an in-office role. Assist with special projects, process improvements, prepare materials, and track action items Preferred Background & Skills Technical/Functional:
Mastery of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience supporting C-suite executives within a large matrixed organization Proven ability to manage complex calendars and logistics High discretion with confidential information Leadership:
Calm under pressure, with a proactive mindset Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence Ability to influence without authority Professional polish and executive presence
Experience:
