Large nonprofit organization is currently looking for an Executive Assistant to support their office in Midtown Manhattan.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support activities of governance or leadership committees, including correspondence and meeting logistics
- Provide executive administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, scheduling, and preparation of meeting summaries
- Provide meeting support, including calendaring, reserving meeting rooms, guest registration and greeting, and catering coordination
- Coordinate conference and meeting registrations on behalf of staff
- Arrange domestic and international travel for staff members
- Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with saving, organizing, and maintaining files on shared drives and document management systems
- Develop and format presentations in PowerPoint, including tables and charts
- Collaborate with other administrative support staff to ensure coverage and backup support as needed
- Work with office operations or facilities staff to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Perform minor research using internal systems and resources as needed
- Complete additional administrative and operational duties as required

Required

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative or executive-level support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to learn enterprise or specialized software systems
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Proactive, flexible, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
- Strong written communication skills, including professional business correspondence
- Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings
- Comfortable interacting with individuals at all organizational levels
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
