Executive Assistant – Trading Floor (Contract)

Location: Midtown Manhattan (5 days onsite)

Pay: Up to $40/hour

Duration: 6-month contract

We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior professionals on a fast-paced trading floor. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include: calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, preparing reports and correspondence, handling confidential information, and supporting day-to-day administrative needs.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years as an Executive or Administrative Assistant
  • Trading floor experience a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent communication, judgment, and multitasking abilities
