Position: Office Services Associate-Print JO-2601-565893
The Office Services Associate plays a key role in delivering a high-touch, service-driven experience for guests and internal clients. This position supports guest relations, mail services, print and reprographics, and ongoing training initiatives. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong commitment to hospitality and operational excellence in a corporate environment.

Pay Range: $22-$24/hr.

Shift: 10:00AM-7:00PM

Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with regular guests, recognizing and acknowledging loyalty through personalized interactions.
  • Engage with guests throughout their visit, soliciting feedback and proactively addressing concerns to ensure a positive experience.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through additional services, amenities, or solutions aligned with client needs.
Guest Experience
  • Provide a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to all guests, creating a strong first impression that reflects the organization's service standards.
  • Anticipate guest needs and preferences, offering thoughtful assistance and recommendations when appropriate.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate follow-up.
  • Monitor guest feedback and service trends, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and elevating overall service quality.
Mail Services
  • Support daily mail operations, including accurate sorting and distribution of interoffice mail and completion of scheduled internal mail runs.
  • Operate postage and mailing equipment to process outgoing mail efficiently and accurately.
  • Prepare and manage specialized outgoing mail such as certified or registered mail, and collect outgoing items from designated internal locations.
Print & Reprographics
  • Perform print and copy services, ensuring accuracy, quality control, and proper documentation through record logs.
  • Complete finishing tasks such as binding, hole punching, stapling, and basic copier maintenance.
  • Reproduce CD/DVD materials as requested or as part of imaging and document production projects.
Training & Development
  • Participate in required training programs to maintain proficiency and expand knowledge related to office services and client support.
  • Utilize internal learning platforms, including Cornerstone, to support continuous professional development and role readiness.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in office services, hospitality, guest services, or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize requests, and work effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Proficiency with basic office equipment and technology, including copiers, printers, and mailing systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
