Client Relationship Manager (Sales Team) - Market Insights

In this role, you will be responsible for providing relationship management support for small to mid-sized clients within the Market Insights Division at Ivy Exec. By working closely with Client Development and Business Development Team members, you will help sell existing primary research and holistic research solutions to Market Research firms, Corporations, and Professional Services companies.

The position is ideal for somebody with a minimum of 1-1.5 years of work experience, who is interested in Market Insights, and thrives in a client relationship management and sales role. At heart, you are an entrepreneur and you see the opportunity to completely disrupt the B2B market research space.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Client Service:

  • Drafting proposals
  • Responding to Bids
  • Day to day Client communication
  • Running launch calls and debriefs with Clients
  • Attending Client meetings
  • Attending Internal team meetings
  • Preparing Monthly Reports
  • Preparing Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Team Mindset:

  • Cultivate internal relationships with Client Development Team, Project Managers and Delivery Team members
  • Exemplify the flexibility and discipline that are required to be effective in our fast-growing work environment
  • REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong interest in market research, with a primary focus on customer care, sales, and business development
  • Relevant experience that can apply to this role
  • Ability to leverage previous experience and network to be successful
  • Execution driven mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Flexibility and discipline are required to be effective in our fast-growing work environment
  • Confident, polished and well organized when communicating with clients
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree required
  • Impeccable spoken and written English
