The Role

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will manage, expand, and renew a dynamic portfolio of clients. Your goal is to propel clients to new heights, ensuring they are not only satisfied but thrilled with the value and ROI from DISQO. You will engage stakeholders, drive adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Customer Onboarding, Customer Support, Sales, Services, Marketing, and Product teams to mitigate churn risks and deliver continuous client success.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage Brand Lift expertise to guide clients on measurement goals
  • Lead quarterly/bi-annual business reviews with Client Account Teams to highlight realized value and maintain positive experience
  • Independently lead pricing, scoping, and end-to-end deal operations for add-on and expansion opportunities
  • Secure renewals and negotiate contract terms, focusing on maximizing ROI and capturing growth opportunities
  • Partner with Services teams (Insights Management, Technical Project Management) to grow accounts and triage issues
  • Recommend product improvements by identifying, reporting, and presenting insights
  • Build a mutually beneficial success plan aligned with client goals and KPIs to ensure adoption and delivery
  • Drive rapid product usage and adoption, sharing case studies to maximize value realization
  • Develop “raving fans” within the client base to co-author win stories, case studies, and marketing partnership tactics
  • Gain expert understanding of DISQO’s CX Platform and product components
  • Collaborate with marketing to iterate on email drip campaigns that drive platform usage, adoption, and stickiness
What you bring to the role
  • 8+ years of customer‑facing experience, including 5+ years of direct commercial responsibility
  • Brand Measurement expertise, inclusive of Brand Lift Measurement
  • Successful track record building, nurturing, and growing mid‑size to enterprise clients, including Fortune 2000 brands and agency‑driven relationships
  • Strong presentation, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Strategic, creative thinking and execution for complex customer needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Cross‑functional collaboration experience with other teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in brand lift and ad measurement solutions
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related fields
  • Passion for learning new skills and concepts
  • Proven success in fast‑paced, dynamic environments
  • Experience with Professional Services organizations
  • BA/BS degree
