Senior Account Manager – Facilities Maintenance (Interior & Exterior Services)
PHFM is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team in New York, NY. You will lead a team, manage key accounts, and ensure financial and operational success across our interior and exterior facilities services.
Pursue this opportunity to- Lead a high-performing team of 2-5 direct reports.
- Drive training, career pathing, and performance reviews.
- Manage work orders, maintain consistency with invoicing, and track volume trends.
- Ensure alignment with SLA requirements and support escalated projects.
- Prepare executive financial and operational reports.
- Establish and nurture client relationships, conduct quarterly reviews, and address escalations.
- Assist in vendor negotiations, after‑hours tasks, and necessary travel.

- Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
- 5+ years of account management experience.

- Interior facility maintenance experience (plumbing, HVAC, general maintenance).
- Experience with CMMS systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Physical Requirements
The role is primarily office-based with frequent sitting, standing, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds. Regular communication with clients and team members is required.
