Senior Account Manager – Facilities Maintenance (Interior & Exterior Services)

PHFM is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team in New York, NY. You will lead a team, manage key accounts, and ensure financial and operational success across our interior and exterior facilities services.

Pursue this opportunity to
  • Lead a high-performing team of 2-5 direct reports.
  • Drive training, career pathing, and performance reviews.
  • Manage work orders, maintain consistency with invoicing, and track volume trends.
  • Ensure alignment with SLA requirements and support escalated projects.
  • Prepare executive financial and operational reports.
  • Establish and nurture client relationships, conduct quarterly reviews, and address escalations.
  • Assist in vendor negotiations, after‑hours tasks, and necessary travel.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
  • 5+ years of account management experience.
  • Previous managerial experience.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts.
  • Interior facility maintenance experience (plumbing, HVAC, general maintenance).
Technical Skills
  • Experience with CMMS systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Work Environment &

Physical Requirements

The role is primarily office-based with frequent sitting, standing, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds. Regular communication with clients and team members is required.
