Department
Overview:

The Asset Management (AM) Division is at the forefront of managing NYC’s largest and most diverse portfolio of real estate and transportation assets. The AM Division is responsible for the linking policy goals with full life-cycle management of its broad portfolio, including retail spaces, commercial buildings, industrial sites, ports, public markets, theaters, and major campuses through capital planning, design and construction, asset and facilities management, and enterprise operations.

The division is at the forefront of shaping New York City’s infrastructure and regional economic landscape.

The Business Operations department supports the execution of positive financial and public benefit outcomes for the Asset Management Division through the development of internal processes, division policies, data tools, and reporting, and the management of the division’s financial health.
