About the Role

The Business Operations Associate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of Iconic Art’s activities. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this role involves supporting a wide variety of operational tasks, coordinating cross‑functional activities, and assisting in the preparation of management reports. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and detail‑oriented, with a strong interest in financial management, technology, and the evolving art market.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with domain experts in Art, AI, and Finance, providing exposure to the inner workings of high‑value transactions, financial structuring, and data‑driven decision‑making. It is a perfect role for someone looking to gain extensive experience and career growth in a dynamic and intellectually stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the COO in managing daily operational tasks to ensure seamless execution of business activities.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, working closely with teams across finance, investor relations, acquisitions, sales, and compliance.
  • Prepare, maintain, and analyze various management reports, providing insights into business performance and operational efficiency.
  • Support the execution and tracking of transactions, ensuring proper documentation and internal coordination.
  • Assist in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Help ensure compliance with internal policies and industry best practices, working with legal and finance teams as needed.
  • Work in close collaboration with experts in finance, technology, and the art world, gaining deep exposure to all facets of the business.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2-5 years of experience in business operations, financial services, investor relations, or a similar analytical/administrative role.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and business reporting.
  • Interest in technology and AI‑driven solutions, with a curiosity about how they can be applied to the art and investment sectors.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.
  • Interest in art, finance, and alternative investments is a plus.
Why Join Us?
  • Be part of a growing and innovative company at the crossroads of art, finance, and technology.
  • Gain hands‑on experience in high‑value transactions, financial structuring, and business operations.
  • Work in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment with exposure to top industry experts.
  • Tremendous growth opportunities, with the ability to develop expertise across multiple disciplines.

If you are an organized, detail‑oriented problem solver with a passion for finance, technology, and art, we’d love to hear from you!
