The Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Development Director, you will lead the charge in expanding this recruitment brand across the US. This is a market‑entry role for someone entrepreneurial, strategic, and hungry to build.
- Driving new client acquisition across AI/ML, data, and technology markets
- Developing strategic partnerships and landing high‑value deals with senior leaders

- Collaborating with a UK‑based delivery team while building a local US resourcing function

- Proven background in recruitment sales and business development, with a track record of winning new accounts
- Experience in market‑entry roles or building new books of business from the ground up
- Knowledge of technology, AI/ML, or data recruitment is a plus (but not essential for commercially sharp leaders)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the grit to balance billing and business building
- Strong relationship builder, confident representing the business with C‑suite leaders
- Based in the Northeast US (NY/MA preferred), though flexibility is available for the right candidate
