Lead Enterprise Sales Director to cultivate and nurture deep relationships across Publicis within the East Coast, US market. Focus on forging new business relationships with some of the largest and most recognized brands in North America across Publicis, leading with data-driven insights that fuel development of market-leading business narratives and value propositions.seek a strong, strategic salesperson with a deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem and a passion for the latest emerging technologies.
Responsibilities- Lead agency relationships with senior stakeholders focused on identifying strategic opportunities for value-creation, partnership development, and revenue growth
- Lead, negotiate and close large-scale deals within a defined account list, custom-tailoring strategic solutions to their business needs
- Drive highly collaborative, account strategies throughout the entire deal lifecycle, from client prospecting through RFP management and post-sale engagement
- Drive high-impact thought leadership, reinforcing DV's reputation as an innovator and trusted leader in ad verification, brand safety & performance solutions in the industry
- Define the growth strategy for your portfolio with clear guidance on key client and agency stakeholders, client/opportunity prioritization
- Achieve personal quarterly/annual revenue and new business targets, as agreed with the Sales Lead
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting insight
- 8+ years Ad Tech experience in a client-facing, individual contributor "hunter" role
- Top-performing sales professional with a stellar reputation and proven track record
- Highly curious and intelligent, constantly enhancing industry knowledge and competitive insight
- Team-focused with cross-functional collaboration experience
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills across in-person and virtual formats
- Deep network and relationships with top brands and Publicis
- Strategic thinker who translates brand objectives into compelling value propositions
- Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; capable of cross-department collaboration
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, positive can-do approach
- Resourceful self-starter
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, level, skills, experience, location, and internal equity. The estimated salary range for this role is $99,000 - $188,000. This role may be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits. The range above reflects the expectations as described; DV is open to a wide variety of profiles and recognizes that hires may vary in experience from the posted description.
