As our Chief of Staff, you'll act as a force multiplier for the leadership team, driving alignment, ensuring execution, and creating leverage across the business. What You'll Do

Drive strategic initiatives:
Partner with the CEO and leadership team to prioritize, execute, and track progress on the highest-impact projects across the company
Create leverage for leadership:
Streamline decision-making, manage leadership cadences, and ensure follow-through on commitments
Operate cross-functionally:
Work across Product, Engineering, Growth, and Customer Success to close gaps, accelerate progress, and unlock new opportunities
Influence without authority:
Build trust and alignment across teams, enabling collaboration without relying on formal reporting lines
Own special projects:
Step into ambiguous, high-priority efforts-whether it's launching new processes, tackling operational bottlenecks, or testing new growth levers
Be a thought partner:
Provide strategic input, surface insights, and help shape the future direction of Profound

Who You Are
