We are seeking an exceptional Head of Investor Relations to play a central role in Team8's next stage of growth and the launch of future Team8 investment vehicles. The Head of IR will partner closely with our General Partners, Marketing and Finance leadership to develop new fundraising strategies, lead our end-to-end fundraising processes and systems, expand our global LP base by leveraging Team8's extensive investor network, and strengthen long-term institutional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

- Forge and nurture lasting LP relationships through research, outreach, and representation at global LP conferences and events

- Develop systems and reporting to measure, optimize, and communicate fundraising progress and LP development to Team8 leadership
- Create compelling fundraising collateral in partnership with Team8 Marketing, Finance, and investment teams
- Combine data-driven pipeline management (CRM, automation, and analytics) with a strategic, relationship-driven approach to cultivating long-term partnerships
- ~5 years of experience as an Investor Relations professional at an institutional investor, private placement agent, multi-family office, or VC/PE Fund

- Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to global LP audiences
- Flexibility to travel for LP meetings, conferences, and events
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Experience leading LP communications (quarterlies, AGMs, DDQs, side letters)
- In-depth knowledge of the VC market and the Israeli tech ecosystem
- Prior institutional buy-side and/or sell-side experience
