Job Overview

Our New York office is looking for a third- sixth year transactional Real Estate associate with big law experience. The ideal candidate will have played key roles on acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, development deals and financings. The position will involve both drafting and negotiating. Prior experience performing these duties is helpful. Applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar.

Compensation:

Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience and salary range is $260,000 - $390,000.
