Senior Cost Estimator responsible for developing and reviewing construction cost estimates across all project phases for building, heavy/civil, and infrastructure projects. Requires hands‑on estimating expertise, collaborative spirit, and strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy and alignment with project scope.

• Collaborate with clients, design professionals, and stakeholders to review and revise estimates, ensuring clear communication.
• Develop conceptual and detailed construction cost estimates, including unit prices and lump‑sum estimates based on labor, materials, and equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction methods.
• Conduct cost analyses, including value engineering and life‑cycle costing.
• Review cost impact analyses related to construction phasing and scheduling.
• Manage multiple estimates in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring consistency and adherence to CSI division formatting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 10‑15 years of relevant cost estimating experience on infrastructure, transportation, or horizontal construction projects.
• Prior experience as an estimator for heavy/civil or horizontal construction is essential.
• Familiarity with public sector capital programs and procurement processes preferred.
• Proficient in current estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with CSI division systems and cost estimating tools and templates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
