Job Overview - Superintendent (Construction) :
Our client is actively searching for a proficient and well-organized individual with excellent communication skills to assume the position of Superintendent. As a Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects, offering both on-site administrative support and technical expertise. This presents an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the successful execution of construction endeavors.

Responsibilities of the Superintendent include:

• Managing and overseeing the construction site, ensuring smooth project execution
• Supervising on-site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors
• Collaborating with project teams to develop project plans and schedules
• Monitoring project progress and adjusting plans as needed
• Ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Communicating project updates and progress to project teams and stakeholders
• Assisting in developing and monitoring project budgets

Qualifications of the Superintendent include:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of various construction trades and their requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
