A construction and remodeling company is seeking a Freelance Construction / Remodeling Estimator for a remote role based in Virginia. The ideal candidate will oversee and control the pre construction process, managing proposals and contributing to cost estimates while ensuring attention to detail in all areas of construction. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in the residential sector, and skills in Bluebeam are a must.
This position requires availability from 8 am to 5 pm, Mon.
-Fri. EST.
