As Senior Creative Project Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of our creative production process, ensuring projects flow smoothly from concept to delivery. You'll work closely with shooters, editors, producers, graphic designers, animators, clients, and P.R. staffers at our partner agency to maintain clarity, efficiency, and excellence across all deliverables.

• Project Operations & Workflow Management
  • Oversee day-to-day project operations across video and design teams, including scheduling, workflow, and resourcing
  • Manage bandwidth allocation and proactively identify and resolve capacity constraints
  • Monitor scope of work and maintain project alignment with client expectations
• Client & Stakeholder Communication
  • Own all client-facing communications for the video team, including updates, approvals, timelines, and feedback cycles
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, freelance collaborators, and third-party creatives to ensure seamless project execution
  • Serve as a liaison with partner agencies — including PR teams — to streamline requests, manage deliverables, and maintain alignment across interagency efforts
• Strategic Planning & Process Improvement
  • Support project budgeting, forecasting, and timeline tracking to ensure projects stay on budget and on schedule
  • Create and maintain documentation, workflows, and communication structures that support long‑term efficiency and scalability

• 5+ years of experience in creative or production‑focused project management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong understanding of production processes for video, design, and integrated creative campaigns
• Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and client‑facing
• Experience working with cross‑functional internal teams and external partners
• Highly organized, detail‑driven, and forward‑thinking
• Preferred:
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, , Basecamp, or similar)
  • Background in video production or creative agency environments
  • Familiarity with budgeting and resource forecasting
