** The Role
** You’ll work with advertising agencies, music supervisors, brands and creative partners to build long-lasting relationships and drive new and repeat business. Working closely with our UK labels and A&R teams, you’ll curate and deliver music responses that cut through creatively and deliver commercially.
** Your impact in role
** You will play a critical role in helping UK artists break into the US advertising sync market. Your placements will provide meaningful profile and commercial wins for our artists, increase catalogue performance, and expand our footprint in the creative industries.
** This role is ideal for you if
**** Key responsibilities*
* ** Our ideal candidate
** 8+ years’ experience in creative sync, advertising music supervision, or licensing Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and communication skills Familiarity with key platforms including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, DISCO and music analytics tools

Based in the New York area with the ability to travel as required
