Executive Producer, Fox Noticias

Overview

Fox News Media is looking for a talented Executive Producer for Fox Noticias, the Spanish-only show that airs on multi-vertical platforms. This role requires strong editorial and writing skills, with a wide range of interests spanning news, politics, pop culture, and more. This is a multi-vertical broadcast across video, audio, and digital platforms, and you must have the ability to manage the daily workflow for each platform.

Flexibility is vital for this role, as varying schedules may apply.

• Serve as the editorial point person from initial story development through the live control room broadcast.
• Oversee the construction of the show's rundown with original content and the best elements.
• Manage and communicate with talent, producers, bookers, and the control room during breaking news.
• Identify stories with high potential for compelling content.
• Mentor and develop show staff, including Senior Producer, Line Producer, Producers, Bookers, APs, and Production Assistants.
• Approve and edit scripts, banners, and full screens under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with Fox News Media teams and oversee content conversion to Spanish.
• Lead daily team meetings to develop show content.

• A Bachelor’s degree in journalism or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) required.
• 10+ years of news and digital experience, including producing a television newscast with breaking news.
• 2+ years of experience as a Senior Producer in a live news environment.
• Exceptional editorial and writing skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, and capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong interest and knowledge of current events, politics, and pop culture.
• Solid understanding of international news coverage.
• Flexibility to work a variety of days and hours as news requires.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location, is $- annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and benefits including medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
