About the Role

We are seeking a Product Designer to craft seamless, engaging digital experiences that enhance user interaction. Responsibilities

Develop visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces that enhance functionality and usability.
Drive the end-to-end design process, from research and conceptualisation to prototyping and final implementation.
Build and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all user interactions.
Ensure responsiveness and accessibility, creating smooth experiences across different screen sizes and environments.
Conduct user testing and research, using real-world feedback to refine and optimise designs.
Partner with cross-functional teams, ensuring user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility align.
Advocate for best practices in UX/UI design, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Experience

Design Expertise

Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and motion to create polished digital experiences.
Ability to design for complex workflows, ensuring clarity and efficiency in user interactions.
Experience creating interfaces for professionals in specialised industries, with a focus on usability and precision.
Knowledge of inclusive design principles and expertise in making digital products accessible to all users.
A portfolio showcasing successful product design work that highlights creativity and problem-solving.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in HTML and CSS, ensuring seamless execution of design concepts.
Experience in developing and maintaining scalable design systems that support long-term product evolution.
Strong foundation in responsive design, optimising experiences across a variety of devices.
