Customer Service Representative - Bilingual Urdu​/English

Overview

Special Touch Home Care is seeking a dedicated bilingual Urdu/English Customer Service Representative. You’ll assist consumers, personal assistants, and designated representatives with navigating our application and onboarding process. If you’re a strong communicator, highly organized, and passionate about helping others, we want to hear from you.

• Assist consumers, personal assistants, and designated representatives with inquiries and support.
• Guide individuals through accurate registration and application completion.
• Provide status updates and resolve pending documentation issues.
• Respond to incoming calls with friendly, helpful service.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and documents.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing and resolution.

• Prior customer service or related experience preferred.
• Comfortable using computer systems for data entry and record management.
• Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to engage effectively with customers.
• Positive attitude; able to work well under pressure in a dynamic office environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience (healthcare preferred).
• Fluent in Urdu and English (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting.

$19.50/hr - $19.50/hr

• $19.50/hour.
• 35–39 hours/week.
