Freyer Collaborative Architects – Architect Level I/II (New York, NY)
Freyer Collaborative Architects PLLC is an architectural design firm located in Lower Manhattan and focused on high‑end residential, new construction, renovations, lofts, apartments, townhouses, penthouses, building conversions, and hospitality projects.
Who We Are SeekingApplicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in an architectural office in the United States and hold a professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution (Bachelor of Architecture – five year program, or Master of Architecture). The ideal candidate has a strong design sense, is detail oriented, and may be client‑facing while interacting with contractors.
Requirements- Strong knowledge of construction documents, working drawings, and specifications.
- Experience designing and coordinating high‑end residential and hospitality projects.
- Proficiency with Sketch Up, Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Professional architectural license preferred but not required.
