A Project Manager at Karen Pearse Stone & Architectural Surfaces(Karen Pearse Global Direct), a company with over 30 years of expertise in the Stone & Tile industry, is responsible for overseeing the following:
- domestic & international custom fabrication
- full service shop drawing
- global sourcing, both domestically and internationally
- full inspection services
- AutoCAD drafting & estimating
- Project Managers at KPGD are highly motivated, detail oriented, driven individuals with experience in the Stone & Tile and/or Construction & Architectural industry.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Auto Cad & reading architectural drawings and trade shop drawings.
- Experience in Project Management within the Stone & Tile, Construction or Architectural Industry required.
- Strong computer skills, with an emphasis in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Capable of managing multiple, time sensitive, high pressure tasks, independently.
- Creative thinker, problem solver and works well under pressure.
- Superb organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills.
- Focused team player with a solid, consistent work ethic, exhibiting purely professional behaviors.
