Our client is a renowned architecture practice in New York City, recognized for innovative and beautifully crafted design across residential, hospitality, civic, and commercial projects. With a strong reputation for creating spaces that are both functional and inspiring, the studio offers an environment where design excellence and collaboration come first.

We are seeking a Project Architect with experience in luxury residential and/or high-end hospitality projects. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Midtown Manhattan. The position involves leading projects from concept through completion, managing client and consultant coordination, and producing high-quality design and technical documentation.

The requirements of the role are:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury residential and/or high-end hospitality projects in the U.S.
• B.Arch or M.Arch from a U.S. accredited school
• Proven ability to lead projects through all phases, from concept design to construction administration
• Expertise in Revit for producing construction documents and details
• Strong technical and design skills, with meticulous attention to detail and premium materials
• Experience with bespoke interiors, FF&E, and custom detailing highly valued
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
