Our Product Team

The Product team at Noom plays a pivotal role in driving our mission forward. We craft user-centered experiences that help millions of people improve their health. The Engagement Growth Engine (EGE) team focuses on understanding user behaviors and motivations, identifying growth opportunities, and designing product experiences that help users stay active with Noom's behavior-change programs. The team leverages data-informed design, experimentation, and research to improve key metrics and deliver measurable business impact.

About the Role

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design efforts within our Engagement Growth Engine team. This role is crucial to shaping how users engage with our platform to build lasting habits and improve their health. You'll work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Data Scientists to design experiences that drive retention and long-term user success.

You Will

* Lead end-to-end design for key initiatives within the EGE team, from discovery through execution

* Partner closely with cross-functional peers to identify opportunities, shape product strategy, and define success metrics

* Create and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that are grounded in user insights

* Facilitate design critiques and feedback sessions, contributing to a culture of design excellence and collaboration

* Advocate for user-centered design and champion accessibility, usability, and inclusivity across all touchpoints

About You

You Have

* 5+ years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered, impactful work

* Proven track record of designing for consumer-facing digital products at scale

* Expertise in Figma and other design tools, with a strong understanding of design systems and component-based design

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills across disciplines

* A bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Package

* The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$207,000.

* This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position for US-based candidates, at the time of posting. The actual salary offer is based on factors including relevant experience and training, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and location, among others.

* Other elements of Noom's Compensation Package

* Noom offers a comprehensive and generous total rewards package. This may include a discretionary performance-based bonus, stock awards, healthcare (featuring a plan with premiums covered by Noom), paid holidays and paid leave (including Summer Fridays), 401k program, and various cash stipends and budgets for employees (wellness, tech, learning & development, etc).

Location

This position is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week on-site required in our New York, NY office.
