Orthopedic Surgeon (Sports Medicine and Arthroscopic Surgery)
As an Orthopedic Surgeon at NY Bone & Joint Specialists, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and performing surgeries on patients with musculoskeletal conditions with an emphasis on sports medicine. You will collaborate with a team of skilled professionals to provide compassionate, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert care for patients with sports-related injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, and other orthopedic concerns
- Perform arthroscopic surgeries and other orthopedic procedures
- Work alongside physical therapists, sports medicine specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of patient histories, assessments, and treatment plans
- Participate in the development and enhancement of patient care protocols
- Maintain a patient-first philosophy while delivering exceptional clinical outcomes
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery (preferred)
- Fellowship training in Sports Medicine or Arthroscopic Surgery (highly desirable)
- General Orthopedic Surgeons with experience in sports medicine or arthroscopy are also encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
- Strong dedication to patient care, with a passion for delivering high-quality services
- Competitive salary range of $350,000 – $500,000+ (commensurate with experience)
