  Approximately 80% oncology and 20% hematology including benign and malignant hematologic conditions

• Specialty Backup Available:
  Interventional Radiology for bone marrow procedures
• Support Staff Available:
  One Nurse Practitioner onsite with nursing support

• Outpatient hematology and oncology evaluation and management
• Bone marrow procedures preferred (most performed by Interventional Radiology)

  Active New York medical license required

  Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology

  Outpatient hematology and oncology experience required

  Qualifications:
  
  Ability to manage mixed oncology and hematology caseload independently

• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care to adult patients
• Manage evaluation, treatment planning, and follow-up for oncology and hematology patients
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioner and nursing staff to deliver coordinated care
• Coordinate with Interventional Radiology for procedural needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Epic EMR system
