About the RoleWe are seeking a Board Certified Anesthesiologist with at least three years of experience to join our regional travel team. In this exciting position, you will serve as an ambassador, providing leadership and oversight to anesthesiology teams across various hospital partner sites nationwide. Your Responsibilities- Lead and oversee the performance of anesthesiology teams while managing relationships with hospital partners and stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support, leveraging your managerial and leadership skills to align with Sound Physicians’ values.
- Act as a national ambassador, ensuring high standards of care and collaboration across diverse environments.
- Board Certification: Must be Board Certified in Anesthesiology to ensure the highest level of expertise.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in anesthesiology is required.
- Licensing Support: Our licensing team will assist in obtaining necessary state licenses, covering all associated costs.

Rewards and Benefits- Compensation: Expected annual 1099 compensation ranges from $442k to $680k, depending on your commitment.
