This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of heart failure care in a community with a high patient volume but no current heart failure program. With modern facilities, including a $29M Cath lab, you'll have access to cutting-edge resources to provide exceptional care to the local population.
This role includes a competitive salary, RVU incentives, value-based incentives, and comprehensive benefits including sign-on and retention bonuses.
Position Highlights:
- Join an established team of 29+ cardiologists and 18+ APPs with 3 dedicated heart failure cardiologists being recruited
- 55,000 patient panel with plans to grow to 120,000+ patients
- Huge community need for cardiology care
- Robust Cardiogenic Shock and Temporary Mechanical Support Program
- LVAD program development is already underway
- $29M multidisciplinary Cath lab with 8 rooms
