We are on a mission to create a simplified pathway for everyone to explore wellness in a way that meets their unique physical, mental, and spiritual needs. Located on the Upper East Side of New York City, Sage + Sound is a wellness destination that offers a variety of curated programming, products, and self-care services aimed to elevate one’s well-being by enabling individuals to explore and simplify their own self-care routine while engaging with others who have the same goal.

We offer a range of mindful practices and experiences within Sage + Sound’s The Study; with up to seven classes per day.

Programming within the Study articulates a well rounded spectrum of modalities from a growing faculty of expert teachers and practitioners who exemplify our core values in everything we do. These are our guiding principles that inform both why we work and how we work as a team. We believe:

• Lead in-person meditation, sound meditation, breathwork or experiential classes in a calming and welcoming environment
• Create a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space for guests of all experience levels
• Adapt practices to fit individual and group needs
• Collaborate with our wellness team to uphold our vision and values
• Maintain professionalism and punctuality in all interactions

• Certification and/or formal training in meditation or mindfulness-based practices (based on modality)
• Prior experience teaching in public group settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A calm, grounded presence with a passion for wellness and healing
• Availability for substitution and/or event opportunities
