Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to follow and/or create effective and engaging lesson plans
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
* Passion for teaching and mentoring students
* Ability to work flexible hours, typically as part of an after school activity program
* Develop and deliver high-quality, student-centered lectures and lab sessions
* Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that incorporate real-world examples and hands-on activities
* Provide individualized support and assistance to students as needed
* Stay up-to-date with advancements in the electrical engineering field and incorporate them into curriculum development
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration
