Assistant Preschool Teacher | Part-Time (Afternoons) or Full-Time

Schedule:

Part-Time 2pm-6pm or Full-TIme

Pay Range: $20 - $25 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Afternoon Floater to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in early childhood education and a passion for supporting the growth and development of young learners.

Responsibilities

As a Floater Teacher/ Assiant Teacher, you'll:

* Support Lead Teachers in implementing The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum.

* Help create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring classroom environment.

* Foster children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.

* Communicate positively with families and co-teachers.

* Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.

* Step into various age groups (Infants, Toddlers, Preschool) as needed.

* Demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, and enthusiasm every day!

Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED required; coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) preferred.

* 6+ months of experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting preferred.

* CPR and First Aid certification preferred (training available).

* Must meet all state childcare licensing requirements.

* Passion for helping children learn and grow in a positive environment.

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
