Mpower Solar is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Site Survey team. As a Solar Site Surveyor, you will need to demonstrate strong attention to detail in conducting site assessments and physical evaluations. You will be responsible for visiting, measuring, and assessing potential installation sites, including manually measuring rooftops.

• Perform detailed roof measurements and create accurate blueprints of the roof.
• Collaborate closely with the operations and sales teams to assess solar feasibility for prospective clients.
• Work comfortably on flat and pitched rooftops in all seasons and weather conditions.
• Test electrical panels in homes to ensure they are suitable for solar installation.
• Support the Construction Manager by carrying out additional duties as needed.
• Use drones and other technology to gather precise data and document all findings in detailed reports.
• Communicate effectively with property owners and construction managers to explain the survey process and answer any questions.

• Roofing or site survey experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort with heights, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic electrical knowledge.
• Familiarity with project fulfillment tasks, including pre‑sales designs and permitting forms.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Use GPS, drones, and other technology to gather precise data.
