• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  .

• 2 years of experience in program or project management
  .

• 2 years of experience in sustainable construction
  , green building design
  , or related fields.

• 2 years of experience with GHG reporting
  , GHG Protocol standard
  , and embodied carbon tracking and estimation practices
  .

• Architect, Engineer, LEED Accredited Professional, GRI
  , or similar certification.

• 2 years of experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
  .

• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g.,
  Revit, AutoCAD
  , or similar).

• Familiarity with EPDs, LCA, EC3, One Click
  , and other tools for GHG estimation
  .

• Knowledge of sustainable construction materials and alternative solutions.

• Strong data management and analytical skills
  .
